Competitions! - POLICIES
Mr Yummy’s 5L TFR & SNOW FOAM Free Prize Draw
Promoter: Aaron Gallagher trading as Mr Yummy’s and/or Agri Cleaning Solutions, of Ashwood, Dornock, Annan, Dumfries And Galloway, Scotland, DG12 6SU
Opening and closing dates: The prize draw opens when the promotional post is published and closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 12 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Eligibility: Open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, members of their immediate household and anyone involved in running the draw may not enter.
No purchase necessary: Entry is free and no purchase is required.
How to enter:
To receive one entry, entrants must:
1. Like the promotional post.
2. Share the competition post
3. Follow Agri Cleaning Solutions and Mr Yummy’s.
4. Comment (mandatory) & Tag a Friend (optional)
Entrants can receive one extra entry by leaving a separate comment stating which product they would use first: TFR or APC.
A maximum of two entries per person is permitted across Facebook and Instagram.
Prize: One winner will receive one 5-litre container of Mr Yummy’s TFR and one 5-litre container of Mr Yummy’s SNOWFOAM, including free delivery to one UK mainland address. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The draw will be conducted under independent adult supervision.
Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by the official Agri Cleaning Solutions or Mr Yummy’s account. The winner must respond within 14 days and provide a valid UK mainland delivery address. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible or cannot be verified, another winner may be selected at random.
Winner announcement: The verified winner will be announced by 30 September 2026. The Promoter may publish the winner’s social-media username, surname or county to demonstrate that the prize was awarded. A winner may ask for this information to be limited.
Invalid entries: Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or late entries may be disqualified. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, identity or eligibility.
Delivery: The prize will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner supplying the required delivery details.
Personal information: Entrant information will be used only to administer the prize draw, verify the winner, arrange delivery and deal with any related complaints or legal requirements. It will not be added to a marketing list without separate consent.
Platform disclaimer: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not Meta.
Changes: The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the draw only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control and will announce any material change publicly.
