What is the return policy?

high-quality agricultural cleaning products and outstanding customer service.
Please read our Returns Policy carefully.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations
2013)

If you are a consumer purchasing via our website, you have
the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your
goods. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, please contact us in writing via email or post within 14 days of
delivery.

    must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
    and packaging

  • You
    must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us of
    cancellation.
  • Refunds
    will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Note: This right does not apply to
business-to-business (B2B) sales.

2. Returns Due to Fault or Damage

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or
repair at no extra cost to you.

    of purchase and photographs of the issue may be requested.
  • If a
    return is required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

4. Exemptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products
    that have been opened or used unless faulty.
  • Custom
    or bespoke products made to order.
  • Products
    returned after 28 days, unless agreed in writing.

5. Business Customers

If you are a business customer, returns are only accepted
for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Any
discretionary returns must be agreed in writing.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
